HSV is looking to improve its relationship on the racetrack by employing new rising racing star, David Reynolds in its Marketing Department. David Reynolds, son of Albury rally driver John Reynolds, starting his racing career in go-karts, winning the Victorian Junior Karter in 2000. Moving to Formula Ford in 2003, and in 2004 he went on to win the championship. Currently in his second season of Carrera Cup where he has won two rounds, and taken out the Driver to Europe award. Reynolds will now be working for HSV to further his career CV working in marketing and helping out with HSV drive days in which he will be working with some of the biggest names in the business, such as Mark Skaife, Todd Kelly, Garth Tander and Greg Murphy. “It doesn’t get any better for a young driver,” he said. “HSV and the team it is associated with are right at the top, and I couldn’t think of a better organization to learn from.” Although HSV have no driver agreements with Reynolds, he would be high on the list of potential candidates for a seat with Toll HSV at Sandown and Bathurst next year. ![]()
