It was set to be the biggest and loudest Summernats in the 20 year history of the event, and while crowd numbers were slightly down this year, there was still action galore and more hot machines than you could poke nitrous solenoid at. 1400 odd entrants registered for 20th Summernats held in Australia’s capital of Canberra, with many Commodore stunners gracing the cruise route and carving up driving events. Lower crowd attendance is blamed on poor weather conditions experienced on Sunday, and a shocking front page news article from a local newspaper exaggerating an insolated incident.
